I made some Stainless Steel kitchen knives
The chef's knife is for my son's Rugby coach to thank him for a great season.
The Nakiri Bucho-style knife is a gift for a friend of mine.
The handles are ebony, copper, beech and walnut.
Full flat grind and a high gloss finish

Latest Work going out to a customer
A friend of mine wanted a knife for himself, his wife and for his son.
All the knives are O1 toolsteel
The handles are between 110 and 130mm
The blades are between 120 and 150mm
Handle materials are Walnut, Red Deer Antler and Beech with Brass pins
I ended up making two additional knives and added my antler handle knife.
I also started making boxes for presentation.
As always the sheaths are handmade from vegetable tanned leather.
