Restoring a Chef's knife

I replaced the handle on this blade with African Ebony Scales and Titanium pins. I also decided to give it a high gloss finish to make the cutting smoother.

THE CANADIAN

Good friends of ours went back to Canada recently.

He is big into buscraft, so I hope this knife will serve him well in the Canadian Wilderness.

Steel:  O1 Toolsteel
Handle:  White Liner material, Indonesian Teak, and Titanium Pins.

This knife is in the last two minutes of the video.

Its amazing how time flies

Here are some of my latest projects.

ECO FRIENDLY PACKAGING

A very good friend of mine suggested that he can make some innovative boxes for the knives.

They are held together with Neodenium magents an look lik natural logs.

MY SON'S FIRST KNIFE.

He absolutely loves this thing.

It is oficially the bluntest knife I have ever made!  I rounded the tip for extra safety. I have spoons that are sharper than this.

He is running around outside prettending to be Bear Grylls.
